AlphaMobile is the second generation of mobile solutions for the Service Management industry and works in conjunction with robust Sage products such as Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 200 via Sage SalesLogix.

The data capture within your Sage software can be converted automatically into a job from a sales order then allocated to a remote technician/engineer and sent immediately to their PDA. Job status can be monitored in real time i.e. job scheduled/job downloaded/signed in/signed off/closed.

Customer sign off is captured together with comments, parts used, expenses plus other relevant job information. This is then recorded, updated, stored and displayed in the system in real time ready for processing.
