Computer Telephony Integration
Computer Telephony Integration, also called CTI, is technology that allows interactions on a telephone and a computer to be integrated or co-ordinated. As contact channels have expanded from voice to include email, web, and fax, the definition of CTI has expanded to include the integration of all customer contact channels (voice, email, web, fax, etc.) with computer systems.
At AlphaLogix we can provide a seamless integration between most telephone systems and Sage software using a system called AlphaTel which enables automatic outbound telephone dialling from any account and/or contact plus inbound “screen popping” within Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 200, Sage 50, ACT! CRM and SalesLogix CRM at the click of a button.
